My name is Juliana, and I am a Brazilian Portuguese teacher with over six years of experience teaching students from different countries, backgrounds and levels. Throughout these years, I have helped many learners build confidence, improve their communication and feel more comfortable speaking Portuguese in real life.
But my work is not only about teaching a language.
It’s about helping people feel understood.
Why I Teach Portuguese
I have always believed that language is more than grammar and vocabulary. It is connection.
When you learn Portuguese, you are not just learning how to form sentences — you are learning how to express yourself, connect with people, understand a culture and create new opportunities in your life.
This is what motivates me as a teacher.
Every student has a different story, a different goal and a different rhythm. Some want to travel to Brazil. Others live here and need to communicate daily. Some are learning for work, and others for personal reasons.
And that’s exactly why I love what I do.
My Teaching Approach
My lessons are designed to be:

I believe that students learn better when they feel comfortable. That’s why I create a space where you can ask questions, make mistakes and grow without fear.
At the same time, I also focus on organization and progress. Each lesson is carefully planned to help you move forward step by step.
